Do I have to pay to join?
No. The Open Circle tier is free and doesn't expire. The paid tiers exist for people who want their own programming and closer follow-up, but you can stay on the free tier indefinitely.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel whenever you like; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, at any time and in both directions. Many people start on Tier 2 to build their plan and then drop to Tier 1 to sustain it.
What's the difference between Tier 2 and 1:1 coaching?
Tier 2 gives you a personalized plan and video reviews inside a community format. 1:1 coaching is a separate service with continuous monitoring and much more availability. If your case is complex, I'll tell you before you pay for a membership that won't be enough.
I'm injured. Which tier suits me?
Tier 3 (Mentorship), or 1:1 coaching directly. An active injury needs assessment and frequent adjustments, not a library routine.
What language is the community in?
The group and the materials are currently in Spanish. If you need support in English, write to me and I will work with you in English; English-language spaces will open once there are enough people to sustain them.
How do I sign up?
You join the Open Circle directly with the “Join for free” button: it takes you to the group and I approve your entry. For the paid tiers, message me on WhatsApp with the one you want and I will send you the access and payment link. For Tier 3 we schedule a video call first, because spots are limited and I want to confirm it's what you actually need.
